Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.
Refunds & Adjustments
All services are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days to be considered for an adjustment.
